Operations isn't coordination.
It's architecture.

I'm an operations and ecosystem leader who builds the systems that let ambitious organisations actually execute. My work sits at the intersection of community, technology, and operational infrastructure.

As Head of Operations for Sui Nigeria and Operations Lead at SuiHub Africa, I built the frameworks that powered a national developer ecosystem — from recruitment to reporting, from single events to a 400-person active builder hub across 32 Nigerian states.

I founded Solara Agency to bring that operational rigour to Web3 projects and tech startups that need a real operator, not a task manager. I also founded Women on Sui, because ecosystem building without inclusion is incomplete.

I build the Notion and Google Sheets operating systems that give growing teams clarity instead of chaos — and I produce the kind of stakeholder reports that make funders trust what they're funding.
